1 point - playing at 60 minutes +
6 points - goal scored by your goalkeeper or defenders
5 points - goal scored by your midfielders
4 points - goal scored by your forwards
3 points - goal assist
4 points - goalkeeper conceding 0 goals (but must also play at least 60 minutes)
4 points -defenders conceding 0 goals (but must also play at least 60 minutes)
1 point - midfielders conceding 0 goals (but must also play at least 60 minutes)
1 point - earning a penalty
-1 points - conceding a penalty
-2 points - penalty miss
5 points - penalty save
-1 points - every 2 goals conceded by your goalkeeper or defenders
-1 point - yellow card
-2 points - red card
1 point - every 3 saves
1 point- every 5 recovered balls (the total of clearances completed and gaining possession tackles)
